VITAL STRONG 30 CHALLENGE
Join us for VITAL Strong 30, a free 30-day challenge designed to help members build an active lifestyle and healthy habits. Open to all VITAL SoCal members, this self-paced challenge encourages participants to explore a variety of classes and outdoor activities while hitting daily and weekly goals.

Start Date: Friday, Jan 31st
End Date: Saturday, March 1st
Sign-Up Deadline: Thursday, Jan 30
Must be a member to participate.
Participants completing the challenge will earn a pair of VITAL socks!
Daily Goals:
Start your day with water.
Drink half your body weight in ounces of water daily.
Spend 10+ minutes on restorative activities (e.g., stretching, meditation, sauna, etc.).
Weekly Goals:
Visit VITAL 3+ times and take a combination of ClimbFit, Yoga, Aerial Arts, or climbing sessions by the end of the week. Can be any combination of 3 classes per week, and can’t be the same combination of classes to the week prior. (Ex. 2 Yoga classes + 1 Aerial class, OR 1 Yoga class + 1 ClimbFit class + climbing session.)
Complete 2+ outdoor activities (e.g., hiking, walking, surfing, etc.).
