Double Loops
Join Sammy for a 4-week workshop exploring the art of Double Loops—a unique and versatile aerial apparatus that challenges your technique while unlocking new creative possibilities. This series is designed to be accessible yet invigorating, guiding you through foundational skills, essential techniques, and dynamic transitions. Each class will build toward creative sequencing and spinning, with opportunities to explore flips and tricks that add flair and flow to your movement. Whether you’re brand new to Double Loops or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll leave this workshop with new skills, confidence in your aerial creativity, and a fresh perspective on what your body can do in the air. Let’s roll, wrap, drop—and spin into something new!
Pre-Reqs: Invert from the ground, hold a pencil from wrist locks, foot locks in air, hip key, catchers, roll-ups (such as man in the moon)
